Phantom Rift app good for
kinda unexpected game actually - but besides from being slightly monotonous its in its ways also very mystical. If that makes any sense.
The combat is nice and engaging.
I read a lot of review before I bought the game. Actually the game is not slow at all... Just found another bug, a tile disappear behind me and I get stuck on 6 tiles anole in the void. No way to load a saved game so I needed to erase the game and start back from beginning.
A great idea of an action role-playing game, but Im not so sure if this is a universal app, the game crashes with my iPhone 4 every time I enter in and out of the gates to realms. It never did this before since the last update, please look into it. The pvp integration sounds really interesting, I would like to know how it works. Anyways a great game that people should know more about!
Some bad moments
Interesting idea but combat is utterly frustrating and ruins the game. No idea if the rest of the game is fun as I continually die after the most basic combat
Bored with this after an hour. Repetitive, and combat controls often dont register a tap. A true letdown
Worst game Ive played in a long while. Crappy gameplay with no balance whatsoever that often gets you killed randomly, highly repetitive environments and gameplay, and nothing good to back it up. Waste of money and time. Avoid.
Great idea bringing the megaman BN battle theme to a game......BUT terrible story line, walking around a poorly crafted snooze fest world like a snail is making me fall asleep :( I was really looking forward to this game but I lost interest very quick, such a shame, had such big potential if story was worked on more
This game is amazing. Its from the makers of Block Fortress, Heroes & Castles, and Bug Heroes. The visuals are ridiculously refined and it plays like a dream. The gameplay is phenomenal, and is similar to Mega Man Battle Network, except you play as a wizard exploring a mysterious overworld, entering procedurally generated dungeons (both are Bastion-like, in that the world drops in and drops out around you), fighting enemies and earning loot. Theres an incredible amount of customization, with loads of equipment that causes statistical AND cosmetic changes, lots of skills, and LOADS of different spells to use. The combat is a perfect marriage of real-time action and Turn Based Strategy, refining what MMBN started ten times over, and reinvigorating Bastion style exploration. Get this game, youll thank me for it.
Another great game. Keep up the good work and keep the updates coming. I have one suggestion. Please add Game Center Achievements. They make playing even better.
